If you applied to work at the CNY 2016 celebrations at Tinsletown you should have received an email from them. It will confirm your shift times. They ask you to open a Google Doc link and comfirm that you can work the assigned shifts. Make sure you do this:

You must attend an Orientation Session on 30 Jan (next Saturday) at 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon. Bring along you ID to check in the Orientation at International Arts Gallery, Unit #2082, Upper Level of International Village Mall, 88 Pender Street West, Vancouver.
Any problems call 604 646 1018. Career Programs will make up work experience forms if you need the hours or are missing any school.
