It includes the Wet Lab, Bilingual Wet Lab, and the Bilingual Staying Alive/Les Merveilles opportunities. The deadline to apply is Thursday December 1st at noon. Enchant Christmas Festival (Nov 24 - Dec 31) is coming to Vancouver and need lots of volunteers. This will be a really fun Christmas event that includes games, bands, food trucks, markets etc. It takes place near Olympic Village (near Science World / Cambie Bridge) and this counts towards 90-hour work experience. 1642016 CPA Career Connections | University Fair + Panel DiscussionCPABC is proud to host our inaugural Career Connections | University Fair + Panel Discussion to engage high school students and provide them with insight into future career opportunities. The event is open to all high students, as well as their parents. Attendees will have the chance to meet with local universities and to investigate different business and accounting programs. Later, students will learn from a panel of young CPA professionals about different careers in accounting, how to be successful, and what skills and knowledge will be critical to their careers. This event is geared towards high school students (Grades 10-12) who are interested in health sciences programs and want to learn more about what it means to be a pharmacist!
Participants will choose two workshops, sit in on an interesting lecture from our very own Dr. James P. McCormack, Professor in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Co-host of the popular Best Science (BS) Medicine Podcast, and learn about how to start their journey to pharmacy school. Participants will receive a certificate to acknowledge their participation in the learning sessions – after all, the workshops are taken straight from Entry-to-Practice Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum!
